SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders shipped with tracking numbers and insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

EXPEDITED FLAT RATE orders will be shipped within two to five business days.

USPS PRIORITY orders will be shipped the next business day.

FEDEX EXPRESS orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays) or the next business day otherwise. FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, and the order with PO Box shipping address will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, regardless of the selected shipping option.

The carrier provides the delivery timeframe shown during checkout. LaserHIT is not responsible for any delay after the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (READ CAREFULLY)

Priority Mail International shipments are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

First-Class International is an insurance-free service. By proceeding with First-Class International Service, the Customer agreed that LASERHIT LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or missing contents.

All international orders made to LaserHIT must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or the order will be canceled. The items may be subject to regulations and additional customs fees. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from LASERHIT LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies.

RETURNS

LaserHIT provides a full refund on returned items within 30-days from the date of the purchase. The shipping cost is not refundable. Before returning any LaserHIT product, please contact Customer Support first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA number should prominently be written on the outside of the package. The return packages will not be accepted without the RMA number.

WARRANTY

LaserHIT will provide a one-year limited warranty on the cartridge carrier from the date of the purchaser's receipt of the product.
