All domestic orders shipped with a tracking number and insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (READ CAREFULLY)

Priority Mail International shipments are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents.

First-Class International an insurance-free service. By proceeding with First-Class International Service, the Customer agreed that LASERHIT LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or missing contents.

All international orders made to LaserHIT must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or the order will be canceled. The items may be subject to regulations and additional customs fees. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from LASERHIT LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.

RETURNS

LaserHIT provides a full refund on return items within 30-days since the date of the purchase. The shipping cost is not refundable. Before returning any LaserHIT product, please contact Customer Support first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Your RMA number should prominently be written on the outside of the package. The return packages will not be accepted without the RMA number.

WARRANTY

LaserHIT will provide a one-year limited warranty on unused items starting from the date of the purchaser's receipt of the product.
